Items in Risk of Rain 2 can be acquired primarily by finding them in the world while playing. They come in five levels of rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Boss-related and Lunar.

Despite its common status, the Tri-Tip Dagger is useful for players looking to emphasize the Bleed effect on enemies. It adds 15% chance per stack to make enemies bleed for 250% damage over a short time. It is visualized as a knife along the characters' right thigh.
