The Founding Rain of Stars sorcery is relatively straightforward to find, as far as Elden Ring goes. Though it will require players to have gained access to the Mountaintops of the Giants area after passing through Leyndell, Royal Capital.

Once this region has been unlocked, players will need to make their way to Heretical Rise. This area is accessed via via an invisible bridge starting from one side of the ravine. A white mist indicates the safe path to cross.

Within Heretical Rise, players will find the Founding Rain of Stars spell within a chest.

The spell requires 52 Intelligence in order to use, costing 32 FP each cast.
