There's been no official announcement confirming the price of Spirit Blossom Yasuo, but expect to pay between 975 to 1,350 Riot Points to get your hands on it.

Spirit Blossom Yasuo is expected to join Summoner's Rift along with Patch 10.15. The skin is available on the PBE prior to its full release.
How to Get the Spirit Blossom Yasuo Skin
There are three ways to acquire Spirit Blossom Yasuo. First you can purchase the skin directly in the League of Legends in-game store. Secondly, if you're feeling lucky you can re-roll three skin shards for a chance to obtain a permanent unlock. Finally, if you obtain a specific skin shard you can permanently unlock the skin with orange essence.
