Morgrem is the evolved form of Impidimp. It is described by the Pokédex as luring people into the woods for unknown purposes, not unlike Slender Man. Some people also believe it has the power to make crops grow, though the two don't seem related.
Unless you want to keep Slender Man in your lineup, you'll likely want to evolve Morgrem into Grimmsnarl as soon as possible by leveling it up to 42.

Players looking to pick up a Morgrem for their squad will need to journey to Glimwood Tangle. To date, that's the only place known to house these Pokémon.
