AV Valhalla's The Adze watermill is a bit of a red herring with which players will have to contend if they're looking to eliminate all the members of the Order of the Ancients in the game. Here's how to navigate the quest and kill The Adze.

AC Valhalla The Adze Watermill: How to Find The Adze
Players can embark on the hunt for The Adze early on in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, but it may be better to wait until you reach a higher level. The suggested power level for fighting The Adze is 90, and players can't even start the search until they've killed Cola, a Zealot found in the southeastern corner of Eurviscire.
Killing Cola will reveal the first clue, which sends the player to the Roman ruins in the town of Ledecestre. Winning a drinking competition with the man standing northeast of the synchronization point in the town will unlock the second clue. This clue will have you looking for the watermill south of Tonnastadir, which is also in Ledecestrescire. The mill stands in the village of Cweornric.
When you find the mill, look for a house to the left of a red-roofed tower. The third clue is inside that house, and picking it up will reveal The Adze's real name (Gunilla) and location (Repton, Ledecestrescire).
