Where to Find and Hunt a Wolf in Fortnite Season 8

Grim Fable is a new NPC who has been added to Fortnite in Chapter 2: Season 8. Avid players might have seen her Epic outfit appear in the Item Shop a few times over the years. Now, she's here as a fully fledged NPC, and she's got some interesting quests for players to take a shot at.

Once such quest asks players to find and hunt down a wolf. Wolves were added in a previous Chapter 2 season, so players might already be familiar with these vicious pack animals. If you're having a tough time locating one, though, here's what you need to know.

Where to Find and Hunt a Wolf in Fortnite Season 8

Wolves can be found roaming around the Battle Royale map, and will actively attack any player who gets too close. They're generally a bit more common once the sun goes down in a match, so as soon as it gets dark be on the look out for the deadly canine.

There are a few locations where wolves will appear more commonly:

• To the southwest of Boney Burbs
• In Weeping Woods
• Roaming the hills to the west of Lazy Lake
• North of Catty Corner

Wolves mostly appear in packs, so players have a good chance of taking down at least one. Fortunately, players will only need to hunt one wolf to complete the quest. Upon doing so, players will earn 30,000 XP and be able to move onto the final Grim Fable Punchcard quest.
